Senior Analyst in Public Sector at CIVITTA

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing projects from processes set up to results delivery
• Working with various data sources to generate analytical insights (desk and field research)
• Developing required project deliverables (analytical reports, presentation materials, etc.)
• Effectively distributing tasks and managing junior colleagues 
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations and present final results
• Managing experts and partner organizations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Public Administration
• 3+ years of experience working in analytics, management consulting or related fields
• Willingness to work on impactful projects (research, policies development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships with clients and resolve difficult situations
• Advanced English (verbal and written)
