Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
international sales agents team management and leading;
helping new and current members of the sales team with all their questions;
developing new sales strategies;
keeping a high level of knowledge about Sales techniques and instruments.
Qualifications of the Sales Manager:
excellent oral and written communication skills;
highly motivated to achieve greater results;
ability to take initiative and work independently;
exceptional organisational skills;
good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet и database applications;
1+ years of experience in Sales and Team Management;
confident and positive approach to people.
