Responsibilities:
First point of contact for incoming inquiries, providing client specific product/software technical support to dealers/consumers/customers via different channels, calls, mails, chat, e-tickets.
Handle related problems encountered in order of priority and within the optimum time scale, in accordance with procedures and project SLA’s.
Submitting orders in the customer system, generating, dispatching & escalating tickets towards responsible teams, communication with different teams for status update / follow up requests.
