Customer Support Manager до Beetroot Academy

Life is in full swing at Beetroot Academy! We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager. You’ll be responsible for answering clients’ requests and consulting potential students, working with clients’ databases.

Your personal qualities and goals:

• You can form your schedule and balance the load according to the needs of the project 
• You enjoy communicating with people
• You’re not afraid of talking to new people and being proactive
• You can multitask and cope with large amounts of information
• You’re and result-oriented
• You conduct CPM accurately and systematically

Your skills:

• You know how to work with CRM and supporting software
• Knowledge of phone conversation etiquette, work with objections
• You have experience in working with scripts, but you also don’t lose yourself in situations that are out of ordinary
• You understand how to organize your day around a lot of communication with clients and routine work in CRM
• You have experience in conveying job interviews
• Excellent spoken Ukrainian and Russian, high level of literacy
• At least Intermediate English or above
• Work experience at a call-center or/and have experience in sales, consulting via phone will be a bonus 

What will you do

• Answer the students’ requests and take them through the enrollment process from the initial call to an in-person meeting 
• Use different channels of communication: Facebook, messengers, email, calls, in-person meetings
• Consult potential students regarding course programs and other details
• Convey the selection of students for the course (review test results, interview the candidates to check motivation)
• Form reports according to the results of the Academy’s performance
• Manage a database of students
• Coordinate with Students’ SuссessTeam via adding students to groups
