The purpose of this role is to enhance the quality of customer service, delivery, administration and security procedures associated with IELTS and other products. To support the department in meeting all standards as described in the Administrator’s Manual and the British Council Quality and Compliance Assessment System.

Main opportunities/challenges for this role:

Main Accountabilities:

Support the administration of exams in Ukraine, which will include:

  • Processing exam registration;
  • Arranging exam venues;
  • Setting up the exam day;
  • Processing the exam papers;
  • Supporting the exam day;
  • Processing exam results;
  • Providing logistics for exam sessions, including travel & accommodation;
  • Supporting efficient and compliant financial processes;
  • Delivering excellent customer service;

Skills, experience and qualifications for the advertised vacancy:

Essential

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge English to C1 level
  • Ukraine and Russian – native
  • Product Knowledge (Understands the different examination products available)
  • Running examination sessions

Desirable

  • Experience working in Exams;
  • Familiarisation with SAP system
  • Providing logistics for events
  • Processing financial documentation
