Our team is looking for Customer Support Specialist with excellent English for for a new project targeted on EU customers.

Requirements:
- high literacy level of speech and writing (Russian and English);
- ability to work in intensive mode;
- computer skills;
- experience in related fields;
- ability to work with large volumes of information and willingness to learn;
- willingness to learn quickly;
- high level of self-control;
Duties:
- providing expert advice on the technical and financial parts of products using online chat;
- sending requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users and receiving feedback for the purpose of subsequent informing users;
- informing about identified problems or errors on supported resources.
Working conditions:
- work schedule: 12-hours work shifts, 2/2 (1 day & 1 night) ;
- comfortable office five minutes walk from metro Palace Ukraine;
- working in a strong team on commercially successful products.
