Requirements:
- Skilled Facebook PPC specialist for western markets with a proven track record of success
- Knowledge of how to scale and optimize campaigns with a stable cost per conversion, test hypotheses, find the core of the target audience
- Experience with Facebook pixel and custom conversion
- Experience with multiple platforms (e.g. Snapchat, Quora, Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn) is preferred
- Basic understanding of UX and what makes it outstanding
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics
- Experience in launching campaigns in difficult and highly competitive niches
- Intermediate level in written and verbal English
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of effective paid strategies on Facebook and other social platforms
- Launch and optimize various Facebook PPC campaigns, lead generation campaigns
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
