Loyalty team provides support and care to clients all around the world. With our attention to customers’ needs, we have a direct influence on many processes; from production to delivery to customers’ homes, making us a crucial part of Sleeper’s success.
You will:
Provide the best customer service in all interactions with customers
Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
Manage all customer requests including emails, messages, calls (in English, Ukrainian, Russian) and comments in social media
Collect customers feedback and insights
Participate in the improvement shopping experience
Participate in the development loyalty program
Work with all other departments and production team
