Apexum – American fintech company. We provide technical solutions for corporate brokers. We have opened an office in Kiev and are looking for talented specialists in a fast growing team.

Our candidate has:
  • Excellent English language (C1, C2)
  • Customer service experience
  • Personal qualities – initiative, tolerance, problem solving
Will be an advantage:
  • Basic knowledge of finance
  • Work experience in a technology company
Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers by telephone, email, letter and skype
  • Providing help and advice to customers using our products
  • Investigating and solving customers’ problems
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
