Apexum – American fintech company. We provide technical solutions for corporate brokers. We have opened an office in Kiev and are looking for talented specialists in a fast growing team.
Our candidate has:
Excellent English language (C1, C2)
Customer service experience
Personal qualities – initiative, tolerance, problem solving
Will be an advantage:
Basic knowledge of finance
Work experience in a technology company
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers by telephone, email, letter and skype
Providing help and advice to customers using our products
Investigating and solving customers’ problems
Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
