Apexum – American fintech company. We provide technical solutions for corporate brokers. We have opened an office in Kiev and are looking for talented specialists in a fast growing team.
Our candidate has:
- Excellent English language (C1, C2)
- Customer service experience
- Personal qualities – initiative, tolerance, problem solving
Will be an advantage:
- Basic knowledge of finance
- Work experience in a technology company
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers by telephone, email, letter and skype
- Providing help and advice to customers using our products
- Investigating and solving customers’ problems
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
