We are a team of 15 full-time people working remotely here at Email Allstars. Our business is 4 years old and still growing very quickly.
Our COO currently manages all team members, billing, accounting, hiring (yes, I am writing this post), onboarding, training, projects, some sales development, etc.
– Speaks English VERY well and can write in English with good grammar, spelling, etc.
– Extreme attention to detail (please make sure to write “I’m awesome” in the answer to the final question.
– Is willing to wear many hats and help the business where needed, when needed – meaning that one day we may need help managing accounts, one day you may spend the day working on billing, one day you may be researching – tasks will vary
– Must have experience working online (ideal if you are familiar with Slack, google docs, Skype, Google calendar, etc.)
– Someone who wants a long term position
– Someone who works well with others
Almost most importantly… I am looking with someone with a great attitude that can get the job done well and on time. I need to be able to rely on you an know that you’re going to do a good job. If I can’t trust you and always have to review your work, there is no reason to have an assistant. I need someone that wants to make my life easier!
Not only do I need someone that wants to help me, but I need someone that is going to fit in well with our team aka family. We are all friends here and we want someone happy and upbeat that can add to our energy, not detract from it.
This is a full-time position, working in the US timezone. $700 – $900 USD per month to start with room for this to change depending on experience.
