• Has excellent communication skills;
• Has advanced written and spoken English;
• Is able to work night shifts (at least 2 per week – from 11 pm till 7 am) to cover our Western Markets;

• You have experience working with native English speakers;

As a Customer Support Representative you will be:

• Interacting with existing customers via text message interface;
• Advising on the order procedures;
• Providing assistance with the web interface;
• Handling various complaints and issues;
• Cooperating with other teams to make sure that client is taken care of;
• You will NOT be cold calling. You will NOT be making phone calls at all.
