We are currently searching for a talented and highly motivated YouTube Compliance Manager for GMEM.
GMEM is one of the largest media companies. We have created the top projects in the markets of Africa and Asia. Our products are used about 80 million people a month. This is unique news, entertaining, text and video content for millions of people, living in different parts of the world.
YouTube Compliance Manager will ensure compliance by GMEM teams with the policies of YouTube. The successful candidate will be working closely with the CEO, Head of Compliance, YouTube teams as well as the company’s key partners, and have an opportunity for fast development and career growth.
Responsibilities:
- drafting from scratch internal guidelines on compliance with various YouTube policies, ensuring implementation thereof by the company’s teams and partners;
- regular review of internal guidelines to make sure they reflect the latest policy changes and lessons learned;
- review and approval of video content distributed on YouTube;
- holding regular meetings and calls with the company’s video content teams located in Kyiv and abroad. Conducting trainings for the teams on YouTube policies & do’s and don’ts;
- communication on compliance-related issues with the company’s strategic partners and resolving any issues that may arise;
- other YouTube and compliance-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- fluent or advanced spoken and written English;
- responsibility and a keen eye for detail;
- self-motivation and desire to learn;
- strong research and analytical skills;
- background in law/compliance would be an advantage.
