Gambody is a marketplace where one can offer for sale and/or purchase files for 3D printing. Our marketplace focuses on characters and objects from video games, movies, comic books, fiction universes etc.
We are looking for a Community manager who would help the 3D printing enthusiasts from all around the world have the best experience possible when working with our high quality 3D printing models.
Requirements:
- Advanced English
- Grammatical correctness
- Attention to detail
- Excellent research skills
- Communication skills
- Work experience in IT on a similar position connected with English-speaking market (USA+EU)
- Experience in video gaming and basic knowledge of cinema and comics will be a plus
Responsibilities:
- The provision of support to customers on the website and via different social media platforms and ticketing systems
- Processing customer’s requests and emails
We offer:
- Remote work for the first 2-3 months. Then promotion and work in our comfortable office
- 8-hour shift, 5-day work week
