The company entered the European market in 2017 and attracted 100 new customers.

In 2018, Precoro processed a million orders, entered the markets of Africa and Asia, and started cooperation with charitable and educational organizations.

67 countries worldwide started using the services of Precoro in 2019. The company continued improving its functionality and achieved the first accounting software integration.

In 2023, despite the war, Precoro doubled its team. As a result, the company expanded market presence, established strategic partnerships and improved its product to meet new customer needs. The team also participated in various charitable initiatives, in particular from DOU and KOLO, and helped the Armed Forces.

Precoro is proud of the fact that a small Ukrainian company competes with American giants on the global market successfully. There are a lot of cases where customers choose Precoro over stronger competitors.

The company's plans are ambitious. Each department has its own goals. For instance, the Product Department will launch a mobile version of the product. The sales department will work with the Spanish and German markets and attract strong customers from the USA. Precoro's primary goal is to continue to grow so that even more customers can improve their internal procurement processes.

"Precoro's goal is to prove that we can create quality products in Ukraine and sell them to customers worldwide.

We are proud of our achievements, but it is only the beginning. We strive to create more jobs in Ukraine, pay more taxes, and help those who need it. We will continue to do everything possible to make our country and its economy strong and developed.

We also want to be a small and efficient team with impressive growth rates and process quality as long as possible. I dream the Precoro team will become a winning team. That is why we hire the best specialists and give them everything they need for professional development."

"Two years ago, if someone had told me that I would find my dream job and become a Growth Marketing Manager in just a year, leading my team, I wouldn't have believed it. I doubt I could have such a career progression in any other company, but everything is possible in Precoro.

Precoro believes in its employees and listens to their ideas and suggestions. When the employees show initiative and desire to create something great, the company rewards them with benefits and promotions. The best teams work in Precoro. Once, I dreamed of real marketing with a bunch of multifaceted tasks, but now I dream of four hands and 48 hours a day because I want to get and achieve everything at once."

"I prefer working in the office because there are no distractions and I can concentrate on work. I also enjoy working with my colleagues. If there is a problem or question, I can discuss it with somebody in person. It saves a lot of time.

My favorite place in the office is the kitchen. It is comfortable, and everyone can listen to pleasant background music. There is no deafening silence. I like working in such an informal atmosphere. There is also the best coffee machine 🙂

I also enjoy yoga classes, evening meetings with colleagues, or watching movies together."

At the beginning of a full-scale war, Precoro had to adapt to new realities and adjust remote work processes. Nowadays, a lot of Precoro employees work from different countries. The company reimburses them for the co-working space expenses and provides them with the necessary work equipment. Employees living in Warsaw can work at the Google campus.

In Precoro, all employees can keep in touch and get to know each other better while playing online games. There is also a bot that chooses random pairs for friendly conversations. Also, the CEO of Precoro communicates with employees of various departments twice a week.

"I am in Warsaw now. The company reimburses me for the cost of the co-working space where I can work. It also temporarily provides  housing and equipment necessary for comfortable work.

We have video calls with our department every week and joint company calls every three months. The colleagues who live in Warsaw organize dinners and informal activities."

"Since we have some common interests, it is not surprising that we spend our free time together. We play squash, football, or basketball, do yoga, or go for a run on Trukhaniv Island. These activities are constantly carried out outside our working hours.

I remember the day we went for a run, had breakfast together, and washed the car at the end 🙂 It was unforgettable. I consider many of my colleagues to be true friends. I would say that my job is my hobby. I enjoy my work, the result, and the time spent with my colleagues. As HR, I need to inspire the team. The place where I get inspired is Precoro."

Also, Precoro employees regularly donate blood. They believe that blood donation is an important part of the country's health care system.

Precoro 46 Precoro 47

"I often help my friend who is a volunteer. She collects funds for equipment for brigades fighting in Bakhmut. It is much more difficult for volunteers who work ad hoc to raise a lot of money in a short period of time than for well-known charitable foundations. However, thanks to Precoro, the money collection process was faster, and the military received their drones and thermal imagers in time. It is gratifying to realize that our donation helped to buy something essential for our Armed Forces. It is even more pleasant to understand that the company you work for contributes to saving people's lives and brings the victory of Ukraine closer."

Employment process in Precoro

The employees of Precoro must be productive, motivated, and have the desire to learn something new. During the candidate selection, Precoro pays attention to whether the candidates have familiarized themselves with the product and the website and evaluates the logic of their decisions and communication style. To get into the team, you need to go through several stages:

  • CV screening;
  • a conversation with a recruiter;
  • a technical conversation with the hiring manager;
  • test task (optional).

"My hiring process was a little weird but with a happy ending. Recruiter Lusik responded to my CV on the Djinni website. After a prompt first call and an interview with a recruiter, I was invited to the office for a technical interview. At first, I tried for the position of a PHP developer, but I didn't have enough skills. However, I was invited to a conversation with the Head of Product. After that, I received an offer for a QA Tester position, even though the company did not have such an open position at that time. It impressed me, and I understood that the company is open to anyone motivated to work for results."

"I joined the Precoro team two years ago. I was looking for a job, and a recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. After discussing the details with her, I realized that Precoro was the place where I could apply and improve my analytical and communication skills. After a three-month trial period, I understood that the company is interested in long-term cooperation and development of its employees. It was crucial for me.

Thanks to effective management and the manager's support, I became a manager in two years. Nowadays, I am creating my team within the department. The company is actively developing. It allows me to develop as well. I am sure that there are still a lot of career achievements ahead."
