Attention: The Job Posting Terms and Conditions have been updated. Please review the revised Terms carefully before using the Website. By using the Website, you agree to the updated Terms.

General Provisions

1.1. All job postings by Users (Companies) are published by placing the corresponding text, graphic, or other materials provided by the User (Company) on the Website https://happymonday.ua/.

1.2. The standard duration for a job posting to remain active is one (1) month from the date of publication or until the position is filled, whichever occurs first.

1.3. If a package for multiple job postings is purchased, the posting credits remain valid for one (1) year.

1.4. Job postings must include complete and accurate information about the User (Company), including:
1.4.1. The official name of the User (Company)
1.4.2. A link to the current website of the User (Company)
Optional:
1.4.3. Company logo
1.4.4. A brief description of the Company and its activities

1.5. Happy Monday bears no responsibility for the quality of services if the User (Company) provides incomplete, false, or misleading information about itself or its activities.

Restrictions

2.1. Happy Monday does not enter into joint projects, publish reviews, or post job listings for Users (Companies) that meet any of the following criteria:

• Companies that continue doing business in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus or hire citizens of these countries
• Companies that are political parties, religious organizations or movements, or offer products or services related to politics or religion
• Companies engaged in microfinance, forex trading, or debt collection
• Companies operating in the gambling or betting sectors
• Companies involved in the sale or promotion of homeopathy, dietary supplements, or medicines without evidence-based effectiveness
• Companies operating dating services, marriage agencies, or providing escort services
• Companies offering seasonal, manual labor-only, or overseas employment
• Companies whose activities or reputation may harm the reputation of Happy Monday
• Companies offering products or services prohibited under Ukrainian law

2.2. Happy Monday reserves the right to terminate cooperation with any User (Company) at any stage if such cooperation contradicts the platform’s values or poses reputational risks.

Pricing

3.1. The base cost of posting a job on the Website is 1500 UAH.

3.2. Additional promotional options are available for an extra fee:

• Featured position (highlighted for one week at the top of job search results): 2500 UAH
• Promotion via a dedicated Facebook post on the Happy Monday page: 2000 UAH
• Promotion via a dedicated email newsletter by Happy Monday: 1500 UAH
• Promotion via a dedicated post in the Happy Monday Telegram channel: 5000 UAH
  

Other Provisions

4.1. Happy Monday does not guarantee responses to posted vacancies.

4.2. Happy Monday reserves the right to unilaterally terminate services if a User (Company) violates these Terms or the Code of Ethics available at the following link: https://happymonday.ua/en/professional-code-of-ethics
