Terms of Jobs Placement

EFFECTIVE DATE 7 July, 2023

1. General conditions

1.1. The publication of all jobs of Users (Companies) is carried out by placing relevant text, graphic and other materials provided by the User (Company) on the website https://happymonday.ua/.

1.2. The period of continuous posting of jobs of  the Users (Companies) is 1 (one) month from the date of publication or until the moment when the vacancy ceases to be relevant, depending on which of the specified events occurs first.

1.3. In case of payment of the package for the placement of several jobs, the term of use of the vacancies is up to 2 (two) years.

1.4. The text of the job post must necessarily contain information about Users (Companies), in particular, the following information must be specified:

1.4.1. official name of the User (Company);

1.4.2. link to the current website of the User (Company);

optional:

1.4.3. User’s (Company’s) logo ;

1.4.4. a brief description of the User (Company) and its activities.

2. Restrictions

2.1. Happy Monday does not create joint projects, does not review Companies and does not post jobs of the Users (Companies) who meet at least one of the criteria below:

• Users (Companies) that continue to do business on the territory of the russian federation and the republic of belarus or employ citizens of these countries;
• Users (Companies) that have the status of a political party or religious organization, movement, or Users (Companies) whose products and/or services are related to politics and/or religion;
• Users (Company) engaged in microfinance services, Forex, collection activities;
• Users (Companies) that sell or are otherwise involved in the distribution of homeopathy, dietary supplements and medicines without proven effectiveness;
• Users (Companies) that operate dating services, marriage agencies and/or provide escort services;
• Users (Companies) that offering seasonal work, work related exclusively to physical labor, or work abroad;
• Users (Companies) whose activity and/or reputation may harm the reputation of Happy Monday;
• Users (Companies) whose products and services are prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.2. Happy Monday also reserves the right to refuse further cooperation at any stage, provided that further cooperation with the User (Company) contradicts the principles or threatens the reputation of Happy Monday.

3. Cost

3.1. The basic cost of posting a job on the website is UAH 1,500.

3.2. Additional opportunities are available on the condition that jobs are posted on the Site and payment of the following cost of additional services have been made:

• hot vacancy — job posting featured on top of the job search for a week: UAH 2,500; 
• placement of a job post in a separate publication on the Happy Monday Facebook page: UAH 2,000;
• placement of a job post  in a separate email newsletter, which is carried out by Happy Monday: UAH 1,500;
• placement of a job post  in a separate publication in the Telegram channel “Happy Monday”: UAH 5,000;
• place a job post  in a separate publication in the Telegram channel “Happy Monday Start”: UAH 2,500.

4. Other conditions

4.1. Happy Monday makes no guarantees about job reviews.
