Required Skills:
— 2+ years of experience in managing outsource development teams
— Knowledge of Scrum, Waterfall, Agile and Kanban methodologies
— Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
— Proficiency, experience in analyzing and clarifying functional and technical requirements
— Proficiency, experience in writing project documentation
— Proficiency, experience of using trackers JIRA, Trello, Redmine
— Business thinking
— Experience in developing practices and guidelines
— English — advanced

— Account management experience
Responsibilities:
— Planning the development of entire projects and individual functionals
— Resource planning for projects
— Estimation of projects for new customers
— Communication with customer representatives
