We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Partnership Manager who can effectively contribute to revenue growth, establish valuable partnerships, and broaden our network. If you possess great sales skills, a talent for building strong relationships, and expertise in creating powerful offers and presentations, this role holds great potential for your professional success!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer analysis: Dive deep into customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences to identify potential opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prospect and engage with new customers: Utilize a proactive approach to identify and convert cold leads into loyal clients, leveraging your sales expertise and persuasive communication skills.
  • Lead all sales efforts: Take ownership of office sales, event space bookings, and podcast location rentals, ensuring targets are met and revenue goals are exceeded.
  • Seek out new partners and sponsors: Scout for potential partners and sponsors that align with our brand values and objectives, fostering mutually beneficial relationships to support our growth initiatives.
  • Prepare offers and presentations: Develop comprehensive offers and presentations for new clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Hard Skills:

  • Experience in relevant field 1+ years.
  • Proven track record in sales: Demonstrated success in selling various products or services.
  • Experience in customer prospecting: Ability to identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold writing, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities and drive informed business decisions.
  • Client management: Monitor agreements and documents regarding the client.

  • Effective communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse audiences.
