We are Roosh, one of the most powerful Ukrainian AI/ML tech companies, helping pioneering entrepreneurs and disruptive technology scale globally by building, developing, and investing in them. We are looking for a bright and experienced People Partner who dares to go beyond average and join our team of game changers. If you are passionate about ML & AI as much as we are, then ready, steady, Roosh.

Please mind that the role is located in Kyiv. We expect you to be in the office most of the time.

You will:

HR Administration: efficiently manage and execute HR administrative tasks, including data updates in our HRIS (e.g., PeopleForce), processing internal moves, salary adjustments, and other personnel-related changes; ensure compliance with both internal policies and external legal requirements,

Onboarding and offboarding: maintain onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., documents signing, welcome packs, midterm review, final adaptation meeting, exit interviews, cooperation with Legal, Finance, Operations teams)

Performance, Training, and Development: assist HR BP in overseeing the Performance and Talent Management Cycle (coordinating talent review sessions and calibration meetings to ensure that high performance is recognized and nurtured according to our guidelines); facilitate the effective use of performance management tools by People Managers to enhance individual and team capabilities,

Employee Engagement: play an integral role in promoting company’s culture and collaboration; support initiatives aimed at boosting morale and ensuring that every employee feels connected and passionate about their work and company’s mission,

One-on-One Support: conduct regular 1-1 meetings with employees to understand their career aspirations, provide feedback, and address any concerns,

HR Projects and Initiatives: participate in the design and implementation of HR projects that aim to improve overall employee satisfaction and productivity (wellness programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leadership development workshops).

It’s all about you:

— 3+ years of proven experience in HR, with a strong background in HR administration, performance management, and employee engagement,

– excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization,

– strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, 

– knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably experience with PeopleForce, and proficiency in data management and reporting,

– Upper-Intermediate English, 

– a genuine passion for people development and a commitment to creating a positive work environment.
