The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis through the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture Programme (URA)* programme that provides targeted technical support and assists the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the design and implementation of priority reforms.

The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office (RDO) is one of the main cornerstones of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture Programme (URA). It is placed in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and serves as an advisory body to the CMU, coordinating and analysing the processes of reforms implemented by the Ukrainian administration.

We are now opening the competition for the positions of Senior Legal Expert (Lawyer) – Agrarian and Land Policy.

Senior Legal Expert (Lawyer) – Agrarian and Land Policy will provide the following consulting services:

• consultation and assistance in identifying and closing gaps in the implementation of the Ukraine Plan under the EU Ukraine Facility and EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, notably, by transposition of the EU acquis related to Agrarian and Land policy, as well as proposing necessary measures to continue strengthening pro-European reforms and mainstream EU acquis and international obligations of Ukraine in government reforms, policy formulation, and legal proposals.

This consultancy assignment is expected to start preferably on April 1, 2024. Duration of the assignment will depend on the availability of funding, needs of the URA programme and performance of the selected consultant. The probation period is three months.

Only Ukrainian nationals are eligible to apply.
