Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive manual (help center) for users, providing guidance on navigating and utilizing the platform effectively.
• Create an efficient onboarding process for users to seamlessly integrate into the platform’s functionalities.
• Engage with users through platform communication channels to enhance involvement, promote platform features, and improve conversion rates.
• Organize the process of collecting and analyzing user feedback to continually enhance the product.
• Work closely with the development team to prioritize and implement user-driven suggestions into the product backlog.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams, preparing materials, and conducting product training sessions.
• Develop and send targeted communications aimed at increasing user satisfaction and engagement.
• Design and execute targeted email campaigns to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
