Hello, future Rooshmate.

AI HOUSE is the largest and most powerful AI community in Ukraine. Here we promote the creation of new product AI startups, the development of the field of artificial intelligence and the tech sector as a whole. To achieve this, we unite AI/ML specialists at our initiatives: ML schools, workshops & meetups, conferences with international specialists, AI Breakfasts & Dinners, and more. AI HOUSE is a part of Roosh Investment Group, that scales remarkable businesses globally.

We are looking for an enthusiastic event manager with a ’can-do’ attitude to assist our AI/ML community in hosting events that enhance our community engagement, motivate for knowledge sharing, etc.

As an event manager, you’ll organise AI community initiatives such as: online and offline meetups, schools, dinners and breakfasts, workshops, panel discussions, small and big conferences, etc.

You will:

  • brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts.
  • search and engage guest speakers and mentors for community events
  • manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and mentors.
  • manage the whole event from start to finish.
  • responsible for invitations for events and all participants ongoing communications.
  • manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (venue, catering, technical set up, merchandise production etc.)
  • handle budgeting and invoicing.
  • sevelop event feedback surveys.
  • analyze event performance.
  • research for new formats for events to enhance community growing.

About you:

  • 3+ years experience in event management or similar role.
  • advanced English.
  • a “people person” and a great team player.
  • a flexible, target-driven, proactive approach.
  • excellent communication skills, followed by super high diplomacy and a good vibe.
  • solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • problem-solving skills and diplomacy.
  • time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event.
  • proficient in various event software.
