We’re looking for a Sales Manager, someone who has been in the field for 2+ years, who can become strong part of our Sales team. This person is expected to participate in all meetings with our clients, prepare and follow up the contratcs, navigating the clients through the sales process, be true partner in executing clients on-boaridng. Key Responsibilities:
- Verify leads through the CRM system to be insure all clients pass through the process
- Make quality preparation before the meeting with the clients – presentations, data and analysis etc
- Prepare and execute super proficient contact reports to insure all alignemnts are in place
- Insure all agreements are executed by respective employees after the meetings – plan and follow up
- Based on the meetings and agreements results prepare offer for the clients
- Insure regular contact with the clients to secure proper on-baording
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional knowledge and build a strong industry presence
Hard Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant experience sales with service products experience
- Fluency in English (Upper Intermediate +)
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate accurate sales reports
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with strong details focus
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced sales environment
