Who we are looking for

Whitepage is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to generate demo calls from inbound and outbound channels and follow up leads in the sales pipeline. This fully remote position is in the EST Time Zone and requires a stable internet connection and necessary online communication equipment. The ideal candidate is result-oriented, possesses key skills like prioritization, effective communication, content writing and attention to details. Proficiency in English is a must, and SDR/BDR experience is required.

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess min 1 year of experience in B2B cold outreach.
  • Demonstrate an Advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency.
  • Worked previously with the US companies.
  • Be a self-motivated and organized individual.
  • Show a history of meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Exhibit strong written communication skills.
  • Have excellent time management abilities and adaptability.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and scheduling calls with them to build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent revenue stream.
  • Be present on product demos and Q&A sessions with both inbound and outbound leads to write follow up.
  • Manage CRM and accurately record all necessary sales data in the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Reporting to the Head of Growth.

  • Number of qualified demo scheduled
  • Conversion rate from lead to demo
  • Time to follow up
