Business Development and Communication Assistant at AVELLUM

AVELLUM, a leading Ukrainian law firm, is seeking a Business Development and Communication Assistant to join our team!

Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in a law firm or other professional services firm.
• Well-developed communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously and manage deadlines.
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of design. Experience in working with Figma is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing submissions for key legal rankings and awards.
• Assist with preparing analytics for potential pitches and business trips.
• Assist with managing cooperation with business and legal associations (e.g. UBA, AmCham).
• Assist with the organisation of internal and external events.
• Assist with creating content across various social platforms.
• Assist with managing the firm’s newsletters, press releases, legal alerts, articles, and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate photo shoots and manage marketing materials (updates to CVs, presentations, website).
• Manage the production of branded materials (notebook, pens, stickers, etc)
