PR & Communications Manager до Flix

We’re looking for a motivated and driven PR & Communications Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Holding overall responsibility for PR & Communication in FlixBus Ukraine
• Creating and executing local PR & Communication strategy aligned with the global communication strategy and the global and local company business goals;
• Creating and distributing various media materials (press releases, statements, global announcements, video materials)
• Building and maintaining media relations, managing day-to-day media inquiries and ad-hoc crisis communications
• Organizing press events, media sessions, roundtables and interviews
• Cooperating closely with the local & global Public Affairs team, aligning on communications activities, building and developing relations with key stakeholders
• Looking for speaking opportunities and events to leverage company visibility
• Advising the business on communication opportunities and risks
• Providing media monitoring and reporting
• Collaborating with Marketing to ensure consistent, one-voice brand communication and 360° approach
• Cooperating closely with global & local teams

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• At least 3 years experience in the international PR role, press or media (agencies & in-house)
• Solid understanding of the media landscape of Ukraine
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent media relations skills, with a track record of securing press coverage and building relationships with journalists.
• Experience organizing press events, conferences, and media interviews.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining brand reputation.
• You are creative, committed, take initiative, and have a performance-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English skills
