Lead Full-Stack Developer (C#/NET + Vue.js + Azure) at Strikersoft

Our company Strikersoft with offices in Kyiv, Stockholm, Bucharest and 13 years history, looks for Lead Full-Stack Developer (C#/NET + Vue.js + Azure) for a new project from the UK.

We are expanding the team and are looking for professional who can join the team of highly qualified developers and the project that has just started.

Short project description: the project is related to the collection, processing, and visualisation of a large amount of data from various devices in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and industry.

Team: Full-Stack Developers, Data Engineer, Technical PM, CTO.

Who are we looking for?

• Background in serving as a technical lead with a strong understanding of architectural principles.
• Proven ability to contribute to technology decisions and provide guidance on best practices.
• Experience in leading technical teams to successful project implementation.
• Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders to define project objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering and analysing project requirements.
• Experience with development C# .NET.
• Familiarity with.NET 6.
• Understanding ASP.NET.
• Experience in Azure (functions, queues, structure of Azure, Entra/AAD, CosmosDB).
• Experience in Azure DevOps (pipelines, releases, artefacts, testing).
• RDBMS: MSSQL Server.
• Experience in Vue.js 3 (TypeScript).
• Understanding and practical use of Git.
• Development and maintenance of Web API for interaction with other systems.
• Good reading and speaking English skills.

Your typical tasks list:

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions.
• Implement best practices for coding standards and ensure the team follows them.
• Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines throughout the development process.
• Keep architectural documentation up-to-date and accessible to the development team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
• Lead the team (5-8 developers).
