Ми шукаємо досвідченого Бізнес — консультанта (фахівець з обслуговування клієнтів) з нестандартним мисленням для залучення клієнтів малого та середнього бізнесу в Києві та Київській області (в тому числі агросектор; бізнес, який постраждав внаслідок воєнних дій).

Обов’язки:
- Залучення клієнтів малого та середнього бізнесу;
- Підтримка відносин з діючими бізнес-клієнтами;
- Продаж фінасових продуктів компанії;
- Оцінка фінансового стану клієнтів (виїзд до клієнта в межах області);
- Збір пакету необхідних документів;
- Супровід кредитного процесу в корпоративній електронній системі.
Буде перевагою:
- Знання законодавчої бази з кредитування юридичних осіб;
- Знання ринку та конкурентного середовища регіону щодо потреб малого та середнього бізнесу (в тому числі агросектор);
- Навички активних продажів, проведення презентацій;
- Aнглійська мова на рівні не нижче Intermediate;
- Водійські права та досвід водіння.
Що нам потрібно:
- Вища фінансова, економічна або юридична освіта;
- Досвід роботи від 1-го року в фінансовій/банківській сфері;
- Відмінні комунікаційні та міжособистісні навички.
- Вміння працювати в умовах високого темпу та вимогливості.
- Високий рівень організованості та уваги до деталей.

Financial institution VisionFund in Ukraine is a company aimed at providing loans and other services to small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs. We finance small and medium-sized enterprises to foster further development, create opportunities for income generation, and generate new employment, thus opening up new possibilities to support and grow communities.
We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with innovative thinking to attract and engage small and middle business in Kyiv and Kyiv region (including the agricultural sector and other businesses affected by military actions).

Key Responsibilities:
- Attracting new SME clients for our services;
- Maintaining relationships with existing business clients and increasing the profitability of the client portfolio;
- Selling the company’s financial products;
- Conducting preliminary financial analysis of clients (on-site visits);
- Collecting necessary documentation;
- Supporting the loan process in the corporate electronic system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of legislation related to working with legal entities (sole proprietors);
- Understanding of the market and the competitive environment of the region in terms of the needs of small and medium-sized businesses (including the agricultural sector);
- Skills in active sales and delivering presentations;
- Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics, or law;
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial/banking sector;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
- High level of organization and attention to detail; Valid driver’s license and driving experience, as travel within the region and across Ukraine will be required.
