We accelerate startup growth through our three pillars: the Venture Builder Program, offering six months of hands-on support; the Investment Track, providing crucial funding opportunities; and International Bridges, fostering global connections. Our mission is to provide comprehensive resources, expert mentorship, and invaluable connections to drive Ukraine’s innovation forward.

Role & Responsibilities:

General & Operational Management

  • Execute Vision and Strategy: Implement and drive Mission Possible’s vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across all departments and activities.
  • Team management: building an inclusive culture within organization and leading and managing the team
  • Oversee Operations: Manage and optimize the organization’s operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to support efficiency and scalability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review performance metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are being met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including budgeting, to ensure the organization operates within financial constraints while achieving strategic goals.

Program Management

  • Program Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed plans for the Venture Builder Program, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Execution and Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of programs, providing founders, mentors, investors, and partners with an outstanding experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all program participants, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including corporate partners, investors, and tech community organizations.
  • Partner Engagement: Proactively identify and engage new partners, talent, and business opportunities that align with Mission Possible’s goals.
  • Market Expansion: Explore and identify opportunities for expanding Mission Possible’s international presence in North America and Europe.

Community Leadership

  • Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader within the startup and tech ecosystem, contributing insights and expertise through public speaking, writing, and media engagements.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Mission Possible at industry events, conferences, and in media appearances, enhancing the organization’s reputation and visibility.
  • Content Creation: In coordination with the communications team. produce and publish thought leadership pieces in both local and international media, showcasing Mission Possible’s impact and expertise.
  • Ecosystem Contribution: Engage with the broader startup community, offering support, mentorship, and guidance to emerging entrepreneurs and innovators.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in managing small high-performance teams (5-15 members) in fast-paced environments within technology startups, entrepreneurship, or venture capital.
  • Passion for supporting tech entrepreneurs with a strong interest in startups and innovation
  • Strong business acumen to understand and evaluate early-stage business concepts.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the startup ecosystem, including venture capital, accelerators, or high-growth startups.
  • Operational startup experience as an early-stage founder or employee, or venture capital/fundraising experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with international acceleration programs (e.g., Y Combinator, Techstars, Entrepreneur First, Antler).
  • Acute empathy towards the founder’s journey through personal entrepreneurial experience or working closely with startup CEOs.
  • Technical background is a strong plus.

Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience.
