🤘Already, 4000+ graduates have landed their first IT jobs in just 4 months of training. We successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.

Over the years we gathered a lot of data and have a huge client database. Your main goal as CRM Marketer is to reactivate, retain, and bring new clients to Mate via messengers/emails/pushes.

What will you need to succeed

• 1+ years of experience as CRM Marketing Manager/Direct Marketing Manager/Email Marketing Manager.
• Experience with customer.io, parcel.io or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience in composing and launching an email marketing campaign.
• Basic email marketing analytics.
• Experience creating texts with text AIs (ChatGPT).
• Upper-intermediate English.

As a bonus

• Copywriting/reviewing emails in Ukrainian and English.
• Working with Figma on a basic level.
• HTML email templates editing.

Your tasks will be

• Create and launch direct marketing campaigns (emails, SMS, app-push, in-app).
• Track basic performance of direct marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Head of CRM Marketing to do 2x of today’s job, which is sending promotional messages, setting up triggered communication campaigns.
• Launch basic triggered direct marketing campaigns.
• The data-driven approach in your decisions and work on all levels.

Examples of projects

Sales manager comes with a promotional offer. We create a copy, visuals, compose an email template, create SMS. Then we create a segment of recipients based on the promotional offer, compose a campaign, launch it and track the result.

You`ll be a part of the Marketing team. We use a data-driven approach to make decisions and find significant data insights to improve different metrics.

Serhii Medvid – Head of CRM Marketing will be your direct manager.

Recruitment process

• Call with the recruiter (in Google Meet);
• Test assignment;
• Technical interview with Serhii;
• Culture fit interview with Serhii and Sviatoslav – CMO at Mate academy.
