Digital Products Project Manager at Fedoriv Agency

Are you passionate about driving digital products to success, and do you have a knack for team management and client engagement? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our digital products initiatives. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products, ensuring they are delivered with excellence and efficiency. You’ll be at the helm of scheduling, resource allocation, and team management, while also being the key liaison between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process for web projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Manage a team, providing mentorship, feedback, and support.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and gather feedback.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices for efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with finance & legal teams to manage the documents flow and invoicing.
• Present proposals, concepts, and progress reports to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Hard Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
• Experience of managing a team of 3-10+ specialists
• Experience of working with creative and development teams
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and production processes.
• Experience in managing the project timeline.
• Experience in monitoring financial performance.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be a plus.
• Nice to have an understanding of Agile, Scrum.

Soft Skills:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying ideas effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities: Manage digital products projects
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle challenges and make informed decisions.
• Time management and multitasking skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical skills, to evaluate design options and make informed decisions.
• The ability to say “no” when necessary.
• The ability to ask the right questions: acting as the brain of the project, asking the team the right questions to guide them in a certain direction in their work.
