If you share the opinion that content is king and everyone around may name you as master of creative fast content and storytelling, then we want to meet with you immediately.

As a SMM Lead, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, and grow the size and quality of the audience via organic and paid posts
  • Capture, design and create eye-catching content that resonates with each social platform’s unique audience (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Work closely with the team of designers, the copywriter, and the project manager
  • Respond to data/analytics regarding success of particular initiatives, language usage/keywords and ensure continued content effectiveness
  • Develop standards, systems, workflow and best practices for content creation, distribution maintenance and retrieval
  • Review market data to develop content themes/topics that enhance materials
  • Run all paid social advertising campaigns and budgets
  • Develop, implement, and supervise PR campaigns and strategies

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate+ level
  • The ability to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns
  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, images and videos)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, Facebook and Linkedin Ads
  • Understanding the principles of graphic design and of working with tone of voice

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize campaign performance
