We are looking for a talented Internal Communications Specialist to take our internal communications to the next level.
Become a part of an international team and implement your own creative and effective communication strategies.
What tasks await you:
Build an internal communication plan for the international team.
Be responsible for the communication platform (Microsoft Teams).
Organize internal corporate events to increase the level of team engagement.
Create and implement a content plan for the company’s social media (Instagram).
Inform employees about news and events in the company.
Prepare materials for all activities (banners, survey forms).
Contribute to the improvement of processes that determine employee experience.
Our ideal candidate:
Has relevant work experience – from 2-3 years.
Has Upper-Intermediate English level. We have colleagues who speak only English, so this is a must-have.
Work experience with content in different formats: social media, emails, etc.
Able to work with editors to process photo/video content, knows internal communication tools.
Creative, attentive to details, and able to present information professionally.
Work experience with an international team will be an advantage.
