Graphic Designer for Creative Team at Fedoriv Agency

We are looking for a creative designer with at least two years of experience, responsible for crafting visually compelling designs both graphic and motion across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team: Dive into client goals, and craft those sharp, on-point design concepts .
• Create visually compelling and engaging designs for various mediums, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, website designs, and more
• Ensure that designs effectively communicate clients’ messages and resonate with their target audiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Develop and execute motion brand identities and animated graphics in line with project briefs and timelines
• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices, incorporating new techniques and tools into design processes

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in design, with a portfolio of brand-building projects
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition to create visually appealing and effective designs
• Experience in creating a wide range of design deliverables, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, website designs, and more
• Strong knowledge of animation principles, dynamics, and composition
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication

Soft Skills:

• Strong creative mindset and ability to interpret and translate client briefs and strategies into impactful design solutions
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creative teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution
