Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

  • Design and execute brand and communication strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to enhance brand and communication strategy.
  • Handle internal guides to ensure compliance with brand and communication strategy.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.

Brand management:

  • Improve, maintain, and ensure consistency of the brand voice, visual and verbal identity.
  • Develop and manage brand budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve brand management goals.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the brand strategy.
  • Manage the production of merchandise, collaterals, and souvenirs.

Social media management:

  • Take charge of social media management, meet engagement and other metrics.
  • Develop and manage a social media budget.

Product management:

  • Oversee website improvement and keep it updated.
  • Create and improve unique value propositions, and product descriptions, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and distinguish the brand.
  • Keep track of the customers’ feedback, needs, and satisfaction rate.
  • Initiate, develop, and launch new products and develop existing ones.

Advertising:

  • Initiate, develop, and execute advertisement campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s message and drive brand awareness and engagement.

Team management:

  • Build and manage a high-performing brand and social media management team.
  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and clear direction to achieve objectives for the team.

Operations:

  • Organize and maintain customer database.

Hard Skills:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in brand management
  • Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Skilled in managing and executing advertising campaigns.
  • Capable of conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Adept in database management and segmentation.
  • Analytical abilities to decode data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Understanding in business development will be a plus

  • Strong strategical mindset to predict trends and directions
  • A creative mindset that thrives on innovation and brand storytelling.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills that keep projects, priorities, and partners in perfect alignment.
