We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager for the initial phase of the Ukrainian Artist Health Program (UAHP). The project aims to support the mental health of Ukrainian artists and provide them with sustainable assistance during these challenging times. About us: Art Crossing Borders e.V., a young, ambitious, German cultural association, is looking for a dedicated Project Manager in the working area of culture, art, music, film, theater and charity.
Since 2015 we seek, discover and promote the next generation of artists in the international space with a focus on Ukraine. We consist of a broad alliance of active artists from all disciplines, who develop innovative exciting formats and have the goal to establish new development spaces for the arts. Our goal is straightforward, direct promotion.

Requirements: Profound skills in project development, fluent in English, proactive & personal initiative, effective communication, problem solving, organization, time management and company representation, project presentation
Responsibilities: communication and research (online, concerts, events, shows etc.), organization, scheduling, milestones, interactions with artists, event initiation & organization, translation (oral and written), documentation (invoices, project descriptions etc.)
Conditions: Remote, approx 10 hours / week (toggl tracked), 13000 UAH / month, overtime hours will be compensated at a rate of 270 UAH, working & vacation time flexible, family friendly
