Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth stages, with a key focus on driving customer acquisition.
- Customer Acquisition Leadership: Lead customer acquisition efforts, leveraging data and insights to drive efficient subscription growth across various channels.
- Media Mix Optimization: Strategically manage and optimize the media mix to maximize acquisition across channels including social media, search engines, influencers, and affiliate networks.
- Analytics Management: Oversee the analytics team to deliver subscriber forecasts, track viewing trends, develop segmentation models, and measure the impact of CRM campaigns.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Team Building & Leadership: Organize, build, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, motivating them to achieve ambitious goals.
- Competitive Research: Conduct thorough research on competitors, analyze benchmarks, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Regularly measure and report on ROI and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a relevant marketing role (preferably 5 or more).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Extensive experience with online marketing tools, data analysis, and working with analytics teams to derive actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Proven track record in effective budget planning and management.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of web design procedures.
