We are looking for a proactive PPC manager who is ready to join us for a full-time position and help achieve the company’s main goal by driving paid traffic through Google, Quora Ads, and Bing Ads.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
1-year experience working with paid traffic in an advertising agency or product company as a Trainee-Junior PPC/SEM Manager;
A basic understanding of Google Ads;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, analyze, and interpret campaign data;
A clear grasp of key advertising metrics like CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, etc.;
Familiarity with optimizing campaigns for CPA, CPC, and CTR;
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues;
Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Familiarity with GA4;
Solid copywriting and editing abilities.
Bonus Points:
Experience with Google Analytics 4, GTM, Bing Ads;
Google Skillshop certifications for Google Analytics and Google Ads (Search, GDN, Video);
Background in data analysis or in-depth research;
Passion for social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and a strong interest in online content and marketing trends;
A “hustle” mentality with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where your contributions make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
Gain hands-on experience managing budgets across a variety of paid marketing channels, including Paid Search, Display Adv, YouTube, and more;
Expand your expertise in paid marketing with guidance from experienced mentors;
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, Quora Ads, and Bing Ads;
Utilize Google Analytics and GTM to track and report performance data;
Analyze and report on campaign performance, developing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization;
Monitor and maintain key performance metrics across all paid channels;
Continuously optimize ad spend through A/B testing of creatives, targeting strategies, and more;
Optimize user flows to improve conversion rates and overall user experience across different platforms;
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce and approve creative assets for campaigns.
