We are now looking for a Data Engineer to improve our data processing.
You could be a perfect match for the position if

You want to:

  • Have the freedom to make technical decisions and work on exciting and ambitious tasks.
  • Support existing ETL pipelines (SQL, Python, GCP stack)
  • Add new entities to datasets
  • Optimize existing bottlenecks (query performance etc.) and close existing tech debt
  • Answer data-related questions

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in data engineer role.
  • Strong SQL knowledge: your SQL queries are to be efficient and self-explanatory (this will be the biggest part of work)
  • Basic knowledge of core Python, followed by hands-on experience with it
    Experience in optimizing SQL queries
  • Familiarity with Cloud
  • English level – Upper-intermediate +.

Pleasant extras:

  • Experience in building data pipelines, ETL design

  • Apache Spark will be a big plus,

  • Databricks platform

  • Familiarity with Apache Airflow

  • Experience with different SQL/NoSQL databases (PostreSQL, ClickHouse, etc.)
