Our flagship product, Talefy, is a groundbreaking interactive storytelling game that offers limitless possibilities for player engagement. While your primary focus will be Talefy, we plan to expand our product range in the future, and you will play a key role in driving data-driven insights across these new ventures as well.

We are currently looking for a creative SMM Manager to join our team and help us boost Talefy’s online presence. You’ll also have the chance to work on some exciting new projects in the future!

Your role

As our SMM Manager, you’ll dive deep into managing our Instagram and TikTok accounts. Your mission? To create content that’s impossible to scroll past and turn followers into fans (and eventually into users!). You’ll be at the heart of building a vibrant online community that’s passionate about creating AI stories with Talefy.

Your responsibilities:

• Crafting strategy: create and execute a social media strategy tailored for Instagram and TikTok (and maybe other platforms in the future)
• Creating content: make engaging posts, reels, tiktoks and stories that catch the eye and grow our follower count.
• Track conversions: use smart tactics that not only get likes but also drive users to check out and purchase Talefy.
• Building community: communicate with our followers, reply to their comments and messages, and grow a loyal fanbase.
• Performance tracking: keep an eye on our social media performance using analytics tools.
• Team collaboration: work hand-in-hand with our product, design, and marketing teams to make sure our social media content matches our overall marketing goals.
• Social listening: keep up with the latest social media trends and tools, and bring fresh ideas to the table to keep our content up-to-date.

Must-have skills:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management
• Upper-intermediate English
• Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) for business purposes
• Experience working with international markets (working with the U.S. market is a plus)
• Ability to provide designers with clear technical specifications
• A sharp eye for trends and how to integrate them into content
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage and grow an audience
