As a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta, TikTok), your goal is to help drive the company’s growth by leading paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), managing the creative process, and optimizing campaigns for peak performance. You will also collaborate with the creative team to develop awesome concepts for creatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
• 2-3+ years of media buying/Facebook acquisition experience in a product company or marketing agency
• Proven experience of scaling META ads with a budget of $250k+
• Experience with subscription products targeting the US/EU markets
• Strong analytical skills, including expertise in campaign measurement, data analysis, and A/B testing
• A builder’s mentality—you’re comfortable developing and scaling where nothing existed before
• A clear understanding of key advertising metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL
• Deep familiarity with optimizing traffic based on CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR metrics
• Experience collaborating with creative production and product/PMM teams
• Exceptional creative problem-solving skills • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Bonus Points:
• Practical experience with Amplitude or Tableau
• Experience working with TikTok
• Familiarity with automation tools
• A strong “hustler” mentality and the desire to thrive in a dynamic environment where your contributions help shape our offerings
What You’ll Do:
• Launch campaigns on META and TikTok
• Optimize campaigns based on CAC, CR, CPA, CTR
• Contribute creative ideas to the production team and ensure the development of successful creatives
• Propose improvements to existing flows and suggest entirely new acquisition flows and features to enhance CAC, LTV, CR
• Analyze and monitor ad account and user flow metrics, adjusting campaigns and ad sets based on data insights
• Develop and deliver clear reports on campaign performance, including takeaways, next steps, and optimization recommendations
• Track and manage key performance metrics, including budget pacing, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR
• Work closely with the creative team
• Collaborate with the marketing team to shape marketing and communication strategies
