Content Marketing Specialist at Honeycomb Software

We are looking for an easygoing and creative Content Marketing Specialist to help us visualize and showcase our expertise in the software development industry in Ukraine and abroad. 

This role allows you to pioneer content marketing at Honeycomb Software. 

What you’ll need: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the same industry. 
• High level of creativity and strategic thinking. 
• Previous experience in content creation for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. 
• Experience using design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.). 
• Knowledge and skills in market and competitor analysis. 
• Experience in creating website content. 
• Understanding of social media metrics and analytics. 
• Knowledge of SEO best practices. 
• Experience with content management systems (CMS). 
• Familiarity with social networks like Dribbble or Behance 
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns (e.g., promotional channels, content marketing, online/offline events, and social media). 
• Experience in communication with Ukrainian and foreign media. 
• Knowledge of marketing trends and innovations in the IT industry. 
• Skills in creating and editing video content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). 

What you’ll be doing:  

• Plan, develop, and publish content business profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms for Honeycomb Software and possibly for our customers. 
• Develop content for LinkedIn profiles of the Business Development team. 
• Develop strategy and tactics for marketing campaigns. 
• Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and determine the company’s competitive advantages. 
• Create and optimize web content, including blog posts, articles, press releases, etc. 
• Collaborate with other team members to create and update marketing materials. 
• Work closely with the Business Development, Recruitment, and SEO teams. 
• Grow Honeycomb Software’s employer brand through content marketing strategies.
