Благодійний фонд «Голоси дітей» — це український фонд, який виріс з волонтерської ініціативи у 2015 році на Сході України. Наша місія — надихати й підтримувати дітей, створювати умови, щоб голос дітей був почутий, підтримувати їхню стійкість в умовах війни. Фонд реалізує свою місію і має на меті стати ефективною, стійкою й впізнаваною інституцією у сфері підтримки дітей.

Термін реалізації проекту: до 30. 05. 2025

Обов’язки:

• знання та аналіз українського та міжнародного законодавств у галузях захисту прав дитини;
• аналіз міжнародних судових практик, підготовка письмових юридичних висновків;
• моніторинг та аналіз досвіду міжнародних організацій у сфері захисту прав дітей;
• створення внутрішніх документів з міжнародного гуманітарного права для дітей і батьків, а також шляхів для їх реалізації;
• здійснення юридичного аналізу, моніторинг відкритих джерел інформації та підготовка матеріалу з різних правових питань;
• тісна взаємодія з державними організаціями;
• проведення переговорів з міжнародними організаціями та донорами;

Навички, кваліфікація та особисті якості:

• вища юридична освіта (в галузі прав людини буде перевагою);
• досконале знання законодавства у сфері захисту прав дитини та соціального захисту;
• від 3+ років відповідного професійного досвіду в галузі прав дитини або прав людини (попередній досвід роботи в гуманітарній організації буде перевагою);
• вільне володіння англійською мовою;
• досвід підготовки аналітичних матеріалів, звітів, правових документів;
• увага до деталей, сильні комунікативні, аналітичні та навички вирішення проблем і прийняття рішень;
• здатність працювати в стресових умовах;
• уміння працювати в команді;
• готовність до відряджень.

The Ukrainian charitable foundation “Voices of Children” announces a competition for the position of Child Rights Protection Lawyer.

Children’s Voices Charitable Foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, create conditions for children’s voices to be heard, and support their resilience in the face of war.

Experience and Skills:

• Qualified as a lawyer or human rights officer in Ukraine with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong candidates who are qualified in child rights or human rights law will also be considered.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: child rights protection, human rights protection, or social work within the charity/not-for-profit sector.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Ukrainian.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and across different cultures, while maintaining credibility and diplomacy.
• Proven ability to provide pragmatic advice with authority at senior levels.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically manage work priorities, addressing immediate critical issues while progressing long-term goals.
• Ability to work independently, taking the initiative to tackle new legal challenges with confidence.
• Constructive and proactive approach, with a strong appreciation of collaboration.
• Good understanding of the context in which Voices of Children operates, with a commitment to its mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advocacy campaigns aimed at influencing legislative changes in Ukrainian law, drawing on the organization’s expertise and international best practices.
• Develop, implement, and manage programs related to child rights protection.
• Provide legal consultations and support on child rights and child protection issues.
• Collaborate with local and international organizations to ensure compliance with children’s rights standards.
• Participate in drafting regulatory documents, reports, and recommendations for government and non-governmental organizations.
• Analyze international legislation in the field of child rights protection, and provide recommendations on how best practices can be applied in Ukraine.

Requirements:

• University degree in law (preferably in Human Rights).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant areas such as child rights protection, social work, human rights.
• Knowledge of family and civil law, particularly regarding the legal framework surrounding children’s access to psychological and psychiatric assistance.
• In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on child rights and international standards, such as the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
• Experience in analyzing international laws and frameworks (such as European and UN laws) related to child rights protection.
