Junior Accountant at GymBeam

What will your day l​ook like?

• Agenda of the UA subsidiary;
• Monitoring invoice completeness and approval process allocation;
• Issuing accounting documents, preparing documentation for stakeholders, auditors, and authorities;
• Update records and meet financial deadlines;
• Ensure accuracy of records, transactions, and account balances;
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, procedures, and regulations;
• Import of orders, bank statements, and payment pairing;
• Communicate with local accounting/tax provider;
• Support Head of Consolidation for UA subsidiary;
• Resolve operational tasks and participate in financial projects.

Who are we looking for?

• University undergraduate or recent graduate in accounting/finance/business/economy;
• Experience in UA bookkeeping and with 1C software is a plus;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices;
• Good with numbers, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Ukrainian: Fluent (C1+), English: Upper intermediate (B2).
