We are searching for an ambitious Assistant to the Commercial Department of SET University who is ready to manage high-impact projects.
Core responsibilities are:
- Project planning
- Preparing presentations of upcoming projects
- Client outreach
- Writing follow up messages and emails
- Administrative and organizational support for the Director of Strategic Development and Partnerships
- Help to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables
- Communication with stakeholders
- Ensuring project deliverables align with the department’s strategic goals.
It’s all about you:
- English level Upper-Intermediate and higher
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, followed by strong writing skills
- Initiative person who is ready to make decisions and take responsibility
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership skills or readiness to improve them
- Good knowledge of Excel, Notion, Google Calendar, LinkedIn.
