Assistant to the Commercial Department at SET University

Science Entrepreneurship Technology University is a Ukrainian non-profit tech university that provides world-class higher education and grows the next generation of Ukraine’s tech talent.

Our aim is to rebuild the tech ecosystem of Ukraine by implementing best practices from top-talents worldwide.

We are searching for an ambitious Assistant to the Commercial Department of SET University who is ready to manage high-impact projects.

Core responsibilities are: 

• Project planning 
• Preparing presentations of upcoming projects
• Client outreach
• Writing follow up messages and emails
• Administrative and organizational support for the Director of Strategic Development and Partnerships
• Help to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables
• Communication with stakeholders
• Ensuring project deliverables align with the department’s strategic goals.

It’s all about you: 

• English level Upper-Intermediate and higher
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, followed by strong writing skills 
• Initiative person who is ready to make decisions and take responsibility
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership skills or readiness to improve them
• Good knowledge of Excel, Notion, Google Calendar, LinkedIn.
