Your responsibilities will be:
- assist in the management humanitarian projects from conception to completion;
- monitoring project progress and performance;
- prepare regular reports for the Deputy Director and senior management and external stakeholders;
- coordinate project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met;
- foster communication among team members and stakeholders;
- organize and lead project meetings;
- monitor competitive initiatives and trends and give recommendations;
- assist in the development of new humanitarian projects and initiatives;
- prepare and submit grant applications;
- coordinate with the marketing department for project coverage in mass media.
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
- 2+ years of project management experience;
- upper intermediate level of English;
- proven track record of managing large-scale projects and working with diverse teams;
- experience in grant writing and management is highly;
- strong skills in grant writing and project developmenthigh responsibility and stress resilience;
- ability to work both in a team and independently;
- strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
