We are looking for a Project Manager to help us manage all organizational issues in the educational process for a cohort of students in Dnipro.
The Project Manager will oversee and contribute to the successful progress of an educational project in Dnipro. The Project Manager will collaborate with the academic and administrative team and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet their goals and are aligned with the institution’s mission.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the AUK and external partners, including local government, corporate partners, and community organizations in Dnipro
- Maintain regular communication with all external stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment on educational programs and project initiatives
- Facilitate clear and effective communication channels, keeping all parties informed of developments, milestones, and potential changes in the project scope
- Serve as a primary point of contact in the Dnipro region for individuals and institutions interested in AUK’s master’s degree programs
- Provide detailed information on program offerings, application procedures, and entry requirements, ensuring prospective students are well-informed
- Attend educational fairs, networking events, and public forums to promote AUK’s programs and engage with potential students
- Manage event logistics, coordinate with academic and administrative staff, and oversee promotion to ensure successful turnout and participation
- Collaborate closely with internal AUK departments, including academic, operational, PR and marketing teams, to ensure that lecture schedules, event plans, and promotional activities are well-coordinated
- Providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Track project milestones and deliverables, creating reports and presentations for leadership on project status, potential risks, and any necessary adjustments
- Ensure all educational projects meet institutional standards and compliance requirements, incorporating feedback from students and faculty where necessary
- Managing project’s budget
- Ensure the proper organization and smooth execution of all technical support for lectures and educational events, including audiovisual equipment setup, IT support, and digital learning tools
- Oversee technical support staff, ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared for each event or lecture
- Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the learning process
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree (Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field)
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in English – Advanced
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Office 365
