Event Marketing Manager at Partnerway

We seek a highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Manager to manage and execute online and offline events co-sponsored by various partners. This role involves meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful events that meet the goals and expectations of all stakeholders.

Who you are:

• Great written and spoken English (at least upper-intermediate);
• At least 3 years of professional experience working with business projects in a similar position;
• Brilliant relationship builder with effective negotiating skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and make data-driven decisions;
• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

What you will do:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for each event, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to define event objectives, themes, and agendas.
• Secure and manage event venues for offline events and appropriate platforms for online events.
• Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration throughout the event lifecycle.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans to promote events and drive attendee registration.
• Manage event logistics, ensuring smooth set-up, execution, and breakdown (offline events).
• Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
