We are looking for a System Administrator, someone who loves solving technical challenges, supporting the team, and ensuring the seamless operation of all systems. You will be working on the front line of support, handling all matters related to our systems, work tools, software, and more. This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide timely assistance to team members with various technical issues related to office equipment and devices.
Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT devices, track equipment usage, and manage user accounts effectively.
Hardware Administration: Issue and retrieve hardware and access credentials for employees.
Peripheral Management: Install, configure, and manage office devices.
Task Ownership: Independently handle routine IT tasks and ensure prompt resolution without requiring constant supervision.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting office hardware.
Basic knowledge of IT systems and environments (MacOS and Windows).
Experience in managing device inventories and user account operations.
Ability to interpret and work with technical documentation in English.
Will be a plus:
At least 1 year of experience in IT or system administration.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and basic configuration practices.
Familiarity with ServiceDesk systems or incident management tools.
Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and its functionality.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
