Life is in full swing at Beetroot Academy! We’re looking for a Text Transcriber & Translator for remote project work. You’ll be translating our courses into English (or vice versa).
Requirements:
part-time/project work
fluent Russian and Ukrainian
advanced English
knowledge of basic IT terminology
ability to search and read up on programming terms you don’t understand
above average typing speed (preferably)
Responsibilities
assist the Content Developer (aka narrator for English videos) which implies
transcribing videos in Russian/Ukrainian
translating the transcription into English (or vice versa)
delivering both texts to the narrator
optionally review the final translated product as part of quality check
