Your Role as Event Manager:
As our Event Manager, you will take the lead in designing and executing events that inspire, educate, and connect Kyiv’s brightest minds. From intimate workshops to large-scale startup conferences, you’ll play a key role in making LIFT99 Kyiv Hub the go-to place for impactful and unforgettable events.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including event area renteal requests, community meetups, pitch nights, hackathons, and conferences.- Collaborate with rent clients, startups, speakers, sponsors, and partners to curate high-quality event content.
– Manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
– Build and maintain relationships with customers, key community members, startups, and influencers.
– Collect feedback and continuously improve event experiences for our community.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in event planning and execution.
– Knowlegde of technical stack required for events execution.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Creative and resilitent mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
You’re based in Kyiv and ready to bring your energy to our environment. This is an on-site role, as we believe in the power of in-person collaboration and community-building.
